How to Order

Please browse our site using the catalogue on the left of the screen or you can use the search facility to locate the product/s you are looking for. Once you have located the product you wish to purchase have a look at the detailed description (if available) by clicking on the product title or picture. Once you are sure you would like to order a particular product and quantity press the “Add” button to add the product to the shopping basket.

You can now continue shopping for other products or proceed to checkout. Please note that you can change your mind or add/delete products at any time before confirming your order with your payment details.

Stock Status

We always try our best to have stock details updated of overy product we sell. If a product is in stock then it will clearly say "In Stock". If a product is out of stock then it will also be marked "Out of Stock" or a lead time will be given. Please note Lead times are an estimate and cannot be garanteed that thwy will arrive within that time frame.

Prices

All our prices are including VAT unless otherwise stated, but excluding Delivery. If there are any extra costs then this will be specified in your shopping cart as well as during the checkout process. You will be shown the final NET amount just before you place an Order. Prices are in GBP (£).

We are constantly changing the prices on our products. This can be due to currency fluctuations or new prices from the manufacturers. Once you have placed an order, the price you payed on checkout will be the price you pay even if the product price has increased after you ordered.

Order Cut off time

We would recommend our customers to place orders before 2.00pm in order for goods to be sent out on the same day depending on stock and availability. If orders are placed after 3.00pm then goods will usually be shipped on the following day

Order Cancellation

If you require to cancel your order please contact us using our Contact Us section and we will get back to you within 24 Hours, InshaAllah. However please note that once goods have been shipped you will need to follow the neccasary steps to return the goods which can be found in our Returns Section.
